CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Check-in at classroom and sign child in on sign-in sheet. You will receive wrist
bands with matching numbers for you and your child. Drop child off in his or her
room. At end of sessions PROMPTLY return to child's room and show your wrist
band to classroom workers. They will bring your child to you. Children will only
be released to the person whose number matches the child’s.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM AND MEDICATIONS
Every child must have a completed medical release form. You can get these at
the convention registration table or at your child’s classroom. Staff will not
dispense medication to any child. Parents must return to the child’s classroom
to do this.
EXTRA SUPPLIES
Please think ahead for what your child might need. If your child is in the
Nursery or Preschool classes you might want to pack a bag for them, items to
include: Diapers and wipes, change of clothes, bottles or juice cup. PLEASE, NO
TOYS FROM HOME!
